Basically, a lynch would be a good idea so we can get information off of that lynch (Who jumped on the bandwagon and how early/late they were, behaviors towards that person [as in teaming, if that person flipped scum], and other reasons I can point out)
And it helps develop reads based off of what you know because, like what Schultz just said, you can’t just expect to win the game based off of night actions.
Your right I didn’t understand. But if we have no strong scum reads it feels stupid to lynch someone who is most likely good.
Even if it is a mislynch, we can still gain info from that.

In truth, a lynch will put pressure on the bad faction. And on the player in general.
I know from experience that being put on the spot can often lead to a slip as the player tries frantically to defend themselves.
The reason I believed that we should not lynch earlier is because we ran the risk of losing a powerful Blue Rose player early on.
And as for the choices for the lynch.
From what I have seen, it is less a scum-read and more of a “I-don’t-like-you-at-the-moment” read.
Perhaps I am misreading this or I missed something in the thread but that’s what it looks like to me.

a softclaim means they slightly claimed what role they are. claiming you are attacked is not a soft
@Jordarrian Jord is right, just simply because he was supposedly attacked doesn’t mean he is of the BD or the neutral’s.
Forgetting about the other possibilities will leave you open, don’t be fooled easily, doubt everything. Being attacked doesn’t mean anything, I can see and understand why you guys might come to that conclusion. But he very well Hypothetically could be converted and just said he was attacked to get you thinking that.

@Schultz We simply don’t have a enough info, I am doing what I think is best for the moment. Your way of thinking seems dangerous. If you want to try to Lynch then by all mean’s try to, but it would be odd if a nolynch happens and the next night some one dies… Also trying to push other’s to do something is rather bold when you don’t know who is who, but I would think it would be the other way around, since a lot of us says there shouldn’t be one, but you on another hand is just itching for one it seems. I understand the reasoning of putting pressure and that we can afford a mislynch however I stay with my claim that we need to gather more information, if someone dies oh well, this just mean’s we will have more info, either way I’m sticking with that.

Though I don’t think you would, I can’t say you wouldn’t do it. Though if he did, it probably wouldn’t effect this game much since he has already soft claimed that he isn’t a Investigative class…
