The Throne... Of Lies. [Interest Check]

The Kingdom of Adiart hath stood for many centuries. It’s security and power envied by all. Even after standing through many coups, the world is changing, people change.

How much more can the kingdom take?

The kingdom is getting undermined, the people getting unhappy. Dissent goes through the court, conspirators arise. Can the Blue Dragon quell the threat? Or will they finally fall?

The enemies are coming, will you stand up to them? Or will you join them?

Roleplayers will partake on important roles, all found in the original game! Roles are all up for the taking!**

Take your characters on an exploration of the castle! Also, find out the mindset of the people, and discover what they really are on the inside. Deception and Manipulation are expected in this RP. Plot and Scheme, or join the fanatical Cult!

Preparations are undergoing!!!

No, I mean Unseen.

Cult goes around in secret, brainwashing members, right

But Unseen Mastermind ‘convert’

So It makes more sense if the Unseen is actually a political party. That’s also why the members don’t release their old job when they are converted. Unlike cults, they are only changing their side in political struggle, so their daily job is mainly the same. Like, Princess that favour the Blue Dragon faction. She suddenly is attracted with Unseen faction. She will support the Unseen, but she will still hold her political standing and role in the kingdom.

Cults people become more secretive and more single minded, so their class change. Like, the Observer become more obsessed with Mithras he no longer cares about his job as an Observer because it’s mundane or whatever.

I propose we all be given a class, like the old game.
But with roleplaying involved.

The class should be random.

We create a character and the DM gives us a class for the character.

If this were to work, the character chart must be simple.

Just …

Name:
Age:
Sex:
Appearance:

This was what I was thinking of. (If people don’t get what they want tho then rip)

Each class would have different quirks.

For example if you are a Noble, you will have a lot of money and influence.

If you are a Knight, your fighting finesse will be legendary.

Since this is a game of schemes, the classes should be hidden. This will leave the rest of the players guessing and trying to find out each others class.

The only class that is known is the King and the Royal Family.

The Throne (ellipsis) of lies

(me as the drunk)
I AM YELLING AND I AM DRUNK

I want to play Drevis again~

(He’s in the old ToL RP btw)

I have a couple of characters I want to play.

Certian characters should be NPCs, like the King.

Why?

Or not.

The King has a certain power. (You get to decide which faction you are on)

Also, would it not make more sense for the Unseen to be a shadowy organization rather than a poltical party.

No, I mean the converts.
