The Throne... Of Lies... Returns. [Roleplay Thread]

“This is a matter of metaphysical affairs! Money should be of no need, crook.”

“Your continued safety from otherworldly abominations should be payment enough.”

Lillian throws a tar potion in the direction of the breathing before attempting to run out of the forest.

Oh, snails. Of course this had to happen to her on the day she didn’t bring her crossbow because she went to the shopping district.

“Yes, stealing.”

Her question confused the guard, but he recognized something about the tone. At the very least, she didn’t remember doing it.

“Did you drink last night? We couldn’t find the innkeeper to ask them anywhere.”

Andar doesn’t look impressed.

“Money’s money. I can sell this to the church, Blue Dragon noble, or some random cult. If you’re not paying I’m not selling.”

An auditory roar could be heard. It was definitely a beast.

Hopefully it can’t catch up to you.

“Tell. Me. Now.” The guard has a visible disposition of being done with your shit.

“I drank a cup of ale. Just one, ain’t enough to get anybody drunk…”

She remembered something. There was this one person.
“COME TO PAPA BITCH”
Oh, he fell right on his face after she went about him.

Oh dearies.

While thinking, she seemed to let out an “Oh”
“Don’t tell me it was a guy who’s slightly older than me…”

They arrive at the dining hall shortly, a small round table on the side of the room loaded with food.

(idk am i bad at explaining this? also you know the trope of the massively long rectangular table in the middle of the room? yeah that table is too large but it’s still probably there so that’s why the small table is on the side of the room.)

he shurgs
“I am innocent”

(So we eat on the smoll?

Lillian runs as fast as she can, fueled by adrenaline. She doesn’t glancing back in fear of tripping over something in front of her.

(d20?)

(yes. massive table is too large for only 2 people)

The guard steps back, looking up trying to recall something.

“I suppose you could say that. He was a little on the short side. A little pudgy.”

“So you remember the man? What happened in your encounter with them?”
