Thanks for posting these. 
I’ve started reading through the spec chat this morning and have reached the part where the game was almost canned. Eevee was the sole person fighting to look for a way to fix it. And the one who came up with the awesome solution. I didn’t realize the resistance they had to counter to push for this.
I guess I can understand why everyone else thought it was a lost cause and wanted to just can the game. I’ve been in situations where my ideas were being undermined by people who weren’t putting in effort or were behaving badly. It’s frustrating.
However, I think this should definitely be a lesson to try a more optimistic mindset when dealing with these situations. And be willing to think outside the box.
