Taking a look at Wind’s POV, converting EVO looks risky and I don’t know if W!Wind would do that, so that leaves me with me (def not me) or Whysper.

I didn’t vote because it was getting too close to hammer. And even though I was hesitating, I would have likely voted for Gorta anyway since I still saw him more likely scum over EVO at the time.

Besides Gorta, EVO is probably the only other player that I had come in thinking could be the wolf. But then I saw ATNo make a comment that reminded me about how EVO came into D5 and pretty much went along right away with ATNo on the PKR wagon. By itself, that looks kind of bad. But when considering that it looked like Wind, Uni, and I would likely go after ATNo that day, it wouldn’t have made sense to do that so soon without seeing how we’d react first.

Right, and by itself that looks weird. But like I was saying, how is it helping him to switch like that? Why wouldn’t he wait to see what everyone else thinks of ATNo accusing PKR? ATNo was pretty much in the PoE for everyone.

Like, I’m agreeing that EVO’s ISO kind of looks bad. That’s why I was saying he was basically the only other person I’d be considering today. But I’m getting the impression that it is a combination of just his personality and what ATNo was saying about him being town that people are ignoring.

Hmm, I’ll look again, but when EVO started going along with ATNo, it was still before things were starting to turn around I’m pretty sure. So again, I really don’t think a wolf is going to start doing that without letting others react first.

I’ll continue looking again at EVO. I’ve been trying to balance my own general impression of him as wolfy like I described the other day. I’m just noticing that others take it as just his personality, which could be. He does jump around a lot with his accusations and makes cryptic comments sometimes.

Then where I still concluded that I thought Gorta should still be voted first.

I still agree that Gorta should be the one to go before EVO, though. Because even if Gorta is town, we should solve his slot before F3.

I’m still curious what you are basing this certainty on. Is it just that we have clearly identified a jump or convert already?

Just POE. You’re never a starting wolf here based on Appel and EVO is never starting wolf based on his ISO in general. Wind is consistently solvey, but there’s not much clearing him.

I definitely agree that W!Wind wouldn’t convert EVO. It would have to be you if Wind was wolf. But it would be weird for you to press this. And I think it is entirely possible that Wind was town as we’ve read them all along.

What do you consider hardclearing in this game? Because the solving Wind did seems quite substantial. Plus Wind was with Uni and CRich on the initial Appel wagon.

I would think that initial Appel wagon wouldn’t have gotten enough momentum without Wind’s support. And it seems unnecessary to bus Appel at that point. I would think if they wanted to plan a bus, it would have been PKR.

Wind was 2nd vote. CRich 1st. I’ll review how it built up though.

Okay, the Appel wagon was mainly started because of Uni. Wind’s input did help in building it up. Min did put a vote there too (actually the 1st I think), but that’s kind of just Min jumping around like they often do. They would have easily moved to another wagon (as they did to the CRich one) if the talk over Appel was allowed to kind of die away. So it still feels like the Appel wagon wouldn’t have gained enough momentum without Wind since Wind was considered possibly the most towny.

This was done near EoD, but it was a shift from Min to Appel. Wind technically hopped on the wagon last (Uni probably forgot to vote) which was the start of the CFD from Appel to CRich.

Yes, but if you look at the conversation, it starts with Uni talking about Appel leaving the vote on them. Then Wind starting to agree it was weird. Then mentioning other stuff like how Appel compared Gorta to the Pokemon 9er game and such. So yeah, the others were quick to jump at voting and Wind and Uni kind of waited before placing theirs. But the conversation itself about Appel was mostly generated by Uni and Wind. And actually while they ended up pinpointing a wolf, I don’t know that the vote thing by Appel was really all that bad as Uni was saying. People leave votes on others and don’t get back for awhile.
