that was my reasoning behind trying to RB arete
I mean, I think that the Medium would know if they’re roleblocked or not. The card doesn’t say anything about them being immune to occupation
So if Marshal is a potential witch who pushed Arete, why would you RB Arete? Did you believe his claim?

their action would go through, since they can actively talk
if they were actually medium, I would rather go for someone else as my hero move
One more question, why target in the pool of people who most likely are not sk and not mafia performing a kill.

If they are what they claim - great, you don’t disrupt town.
If they are evil who lied - you stop them.

then that slot claimed medium, completely nullifying that push

That is same for all citizen claims.
High chance to block mafia killing, maybe find SK, while ultra-low chance to block town PR.

Well, that’s wrong because there’s bound to be at least one TI and since they’re the only TI claims, at least one of them is telling the truth

The push isn’t nullified. If anything, now we know what Marshal was doing - Pushing a scumread on an FPS. The scumread still exists.
