It doesn’t prove you are town, you said you have whole day to read posts, analyse their sentences and the intentions behind their words, see if there are any contradictions with their perspective, voting patterns and their interaction.

Italy is case like that, we still have 8 citizen claims where only 5 exists with 3rd slot taken by Escort claim, chances are not that great it will be 6th citizen slot by Random Town however.
