It doesn’t matter if they’re useful or not. If you lynch someone who’s town, you’re doing the mafia’s job for them. There’s a lot of wifom today with squids role also being out as well. Keeping arete around for at least a day allows for the possible confirmation of town/scum and also acts like a target for mafia kills because of the possibility of a witch redirect. Not sure if any of this made sense, but I think its that Arete is town and killing them doesn’t make sense D1.

Hi I haven’t changed my vote because I haven’t been on here enough to actually say something about it.
But it’s not - more like, it can’t be. Based on the few games I’ve played with Arete, I’d say they would think things through. We all do make mistakes, but I’m not willing to believe it just yet.
I also have a few guesses on eevee. It feels like he is softing LO, but frankly LO is valuable in this case - using your logic, why would you open yourself up to a prankster? Even if he is some other TI I’m not sure what he would benefit from opening up as a TI - why not just claim VT?
