if i had to guess, the three abilities have uses according to their names, but not on the correlating one.
storp could refer to some role-blocking thing (like ‘stop,now’)
bleed.red refers to either a bleeding ability like you said or the other definition of bleed, like colors bleeding together or information bleed or something.
