That’s how I do it in ToL… I’m the reason for most of the mislynches, but noone even realizes it.
Honestly, after that part when I think I did get better then him but not by a lot
It was more my ego being constantly smacked down because I kept getting called bad at the game
So then I started trying really hard, determined to get good at the game so I wouldn’t have to face that, I asked other people constantly and tried very hard
and eventually, I did. But now, I’m stuck where I am. What is motivating me to try to get better? Nothing really, I’m already called good at this game here even though I know that this wouldn’t be the case if I played against great players
there’s no one hitting my ego but myself

I mean, no one is calling you bad, what’s motivating you to try to get better? Yourself?
go read some of the games they played there, and see what their level of skill is. You should be aiming to get better then that player
Yeah, the thing is that if at least one person isn’t screaming about how obvious of a wolf you are you’re powerwolfing incorrectly.
Like, I think one of the main factors in getting better at this game is motivation. Why do you WANT to be better, and how GOOD do you want to be. You want to be a good reader right? Okay so what defines good
Like I hate to say to compare yourself to someone else and try to get better as it probably sounds wrong but I think it could work
it also happens to be the only strategy that actually works against strong players. People are really good at catching subtlety at a strong level but it’s much harder to catch obvious things.
Myself
I could pick almost anyone else because my reads have such a low percentage of correctness.
Like, constantly join MU games and compare yourself to Alice if you want. That would work, you know them. It’s much easier then to have a competion with a stranger
There are some amazing readers on MU tbh and I have no idea how I’m ever going to get better than they are
Honestly I’m exhausted mentally and I don’t know why I would explain more then this but that’s all I got right now
