The setup will start once 7 players have signed up.
The setup will start on Night 1.

Gameplay

Days will be 10 minutes long.
Nights will be 5 minutes long.
All actions must be done in your rolecard except for the faction kill.
The town alignment is the Yellow Poppy.
The mafia alignment is the White Primrose.
The White Primrose automatically win once majority is reached.
The White Primrose can only communicate during the night.
The White Primrose do not share rolecards and will be in seperate threads therefore any feedback is personal.
The White Primrose have a faction kill.
The only role that will receive ability feedback is the Constable.
Items grant players a day ability.
You will be told if you receive a Flintlock at the beginning of the day.

Executions

To accuse someone say ā€œ/accuse [player]ā€ or ā€œ/vote [player]ā€
Executions will be plurality. Players are not lynched until the end of the day unless all votes are received. Any ties in votes will be determined a no-lynch.
If a lynch target has been decided via all votes being received but a player has not decided what they will do with a day ability (ect. /nolynch Flintlock or /flintlock KyoDaz) then the lynch will be delayed.
Feel free to ask any scenarios with lynches.

It actually has a 50/50 winrate across over 10000 games I believe.

is this a common setup elsewhere?

What kind of games? What are the phase lengths?

Very.

It has a 50/50 winrate.

Approximately what I have put right there.
You might not be used to turbo. This is how I play it. Iā€™ve played this setup 304 times.
I can assure you it is not swingy at all.

Where has it been played? Cause this seems like a huge number

https://epicmafia.com/setup/994326

I edited the names to be more medieval themed and more family friendly

dude itā€™s a 7p, which is already a swingy format because it means mafia have 2 mislynches to win, making every lynch exceedingly more powerful

add to that a dayvig and almost everything is now dependent on the gunsmith and the vigā€™s choice

I have statistics.

From EpicMafia, which means theyā€™re not neccecarily relevant to this meta.

Also, the fact it has a 50/50 winrate is actually irellevant. When I say itā€™s brokenly swingy, I mean itā€™s based on calculable luck-based statistics.

Does the gunsmith get blocked, or doesnā€™t it?
Does the gunsmith choose a wolf or a villager? If they choose a wolf, the gameā€™s basically over if thereā€™s a D1 mislynch, so the game can be lost N1.
Does the gunsmithā€™s target shoot a wolf? If they donā€™t, the gameā€™s lost by 2 playerā€™s actions N2.

This kind of setup is highly suceptible to very unfun play based around particular strategies and just hoping they go off correctly. So par for the course with EpicMafia, really.

If this manages to fill Iā€™ll be hosting another classic mafia setup as turbo.

What? The gunned party is forced to out D1.

i prefer to save people a game that will likely not be very fun

Ici is making me want to join this, but I literally canā€™t sadly

How is it lost by two player actions? The gun serves as a mislynch for town.
