In a regular FoL, I think the Doorknob would be fairly balanced, but for this it was very good, especially to survive until the end yes. I fulfilled both its NK and the survivor win condition though.

Rolling it as a single NK in 20er is ok, rolling it at a 12er is not
Also for turbo overall it is a pain since switching spikes is a free action
