idk, the more i’m reading, the more i think i’m just correct and chloe/marl/centuries/alice is a villager grouping that’s getting burned out by the game growing stagnant - because the people we’re suspecting aren’t really playing or doing anything interesting, and that sucks

i’m reading centuries’ posts right now and i don’t get the impression he’s a wolf trying to maneuver around the situation, he seems dejected in a way that feels genuine. he’s fooled me by doing this as a wolf before (in fam), but there he was basically screaming against the consensus and in a mechanical situation that made him a lock wolf, so the context is different. he was louder about it, whereas here he’s kinda just like “okay yeah this is happening well i’m town this sucks but eh”

i don’t know how to explain it

basically i don’t feel like he’s doing this to gain something, it’s like Schweppes’s Depression. but as town
