Why is literally no one posting
Okay, I caught up on the thread, thinking Hja is town here for meta reasons.
So, the way I see it, either Set is town or Set is wolf. If he’s town, then that strongly suggests that you’re town as well due to not taking the opportunity to push what in this scenario is a mislynch. In contrast if he’s scum I wouldn’t expect you to immediately swoop into the thread and townread him as you tend to be more distance-y and your immediate defense of him would make you look much worse if he ever flipped W.
This is interesting because you and Alice are coming to the same conclusion here for opposite reasons – she thinks he’s being too calm for his scumbuddy to be being defended, while you think he wouldn’t immediately defend him as scum. I checked RM3, that being his only scumgame I can think of off the top of my head, and as far as I can tell he never interacted with the Dat lynch at all, in either direction, so I’m basically willing to agree here for meta reasons.
If I were scum with Merc trying to clear her I’d’ve actually come up with reasons for townreading her when pressured, like in LotR FM with me and … pretty much everyone else on my scumteam.
Honestly dissapointed. WIll remove vote so Hja just doesnt push everyone for voting James when I want to discuss more when i have more freetime

She still feels townie to me on a gutread level but everyone’s arguments make sense to me; I wouldn’t lynch her today as I still think James is scummier but she’d be a decent choice for the JoaT to target tonight. Will try to re-read the thread later when I have more time to see if Merc/James is a possible scumteam.
