It might be because of a difference in experience, but I don’t have this mindset where everyone needs a paragraph-long reason to feel towny. I just use gut most of the time, and -unless my memory serves me wrong- it usually works out.
–at least, it does where I come from.

This is a response to a post by leafia which says this: Sure thing. Vulgard said Cloned was a townlean of his and I found it suspicious that he’d be townleaning Cloned so early without explaining why he was doing so, but I also.found Cloned’s reaction to Vulgard townleaning him early to be villagery because it hinted at him finding it just as suspicious as I did.
Stopped scumreading leafia after getting reasons.

I find it decently townie. Also worth noting that vul was defending cloned early.
I just saw something that caught my eye in the middle of this, this is my early notes, one minute.

But January has said several times that Vulgard is likely scum with Zone and I honestly forget who else, and he hasn’t given particularly good reasons and he never said anything at all about Vulgard.

Him not defending myself against my push doesn’t make him town. My push has little to no traction.

Every time I talk to someone I village read, it’s a pocket. Every time I hand out a village read, it’s suspicious, also a pocket, or straight TMI. Every time I wolfread someone against consensus, I’m clearly trying to get them misyeeted.

This is legitimately impossible to deal with.
