i think that gghana is trying to say that alice would have ā€œgone in for the killā€ on chloe as a villager, and the problem is that alice didnā€™t go after chloe enough

the read doesnā€™t resonate with me because, by all accounts, alice did "go in for the killā€™ by voting chloe within the first few posts of the game starting. there is some abstract meta-based expectation of what a ā€œtown aliceā€ push on chloe would look like, and the read is impossible for me to put much stock in when i donā€™t have that level of meta on alice

i think gghana is probably playing devilā€™s advocate irt to chloe (and by extension TMIā€™ing her v) to look productive, which makes sense with how he just straight up avoided explaining his townread of chloe yet has been arguing against scumreads towards that slot for pretty much his entire presence so far
