Disagree, without improvement award people who were trying hard before will keep trying hard, and other people would know they wont win any award ever anyway, so no point.

I mean, if you assume any award would influence anything in the first place.

there are like 2 town awards so if 3 town players try to get it there is surely 1 that doesnt get it
