I want to see us trying to train up more reviewers
Because currently I’m handling the bulk of games and that’s quite a lot of work

  1. For the most part, you’re good. Not about to go mentioning individual cases.
  2. There has been a lot of discussion on “angleshooting” but idk
  3. Community bans seem to only apply sometimes.
  4. There’s a case missing from the moderation logs, but I think Xblade banned that person so not a problem with the mod team.

we aren’t a community leader
so it’s not necessary to be super hands on as long as mods can hold an honest discussion with the people in question

I feel like people treat the awards as MVP rather than as Team Player. Not sure how to change that. I think annual MVP sounds good though.

The Global Rules aren’t ours to change, but we can absolutely suggest changes, or at least offer our stances on the forum side of things in terms of how strict we are on each rule, sure

a decent bit of setups here could prob be ran there, and mostly-fully automated

probably not FoL or something but looks at queue like that vig 10er game in queue could be 100% automated there and that’d be cool
