It’s a different skill that’s for sure. Still if you are any good at ToL it’s definately worth checking FoL out.

But if you choose to learn from it and improve, it’s pretty fun and super fulfilling.

BD was meh in EFoL, SFoL29 (Blender II), and it was downright horrible in SFoL31 (Triple Threat II) to the point that the game essentially boiled down to the Unseen vs. the Cult with BD as a kingmaking third party. Ever since the feedback changes BD has been underperforming as they can’t use mechanics as a crutch anymore.

Well, both Unseen and Cult also had several ways of getting through your guards with a Sage and a Ritualist, so the fact that your guards were always failing also piled up a shit-ton of suspicion on you.

I once got a Prince lynched in ToL because the rest of BD did not understand my sarcasm. After this I rarely joke in-game.
