I guess that’s a fair point. I’m still not sure what to think of his slot, though. It’s mostly just the occasional bizarre statement (asking if he was jailkept, etc.) that would ping me as being wolfy. Frustration and lack of motivation I still see as more or less NAI.

Shurian’s flip doesn’t change my read on him; I see it as mostly unrelated.
What’s making me scumread him less is because when I went through making my wallpost during the night, I had to give more leeway to PKR if I wanted to consider Maple in my PoE as well.
Because I spent the night wondering, if PKR wasn’t bussing his scummate, who else could possibly be paired with Derps? and that’s how I arrived at the conclusion that Derps/Maple is a very reasonable-looking scumteam.

because my narrow “Shurian and PKR lockscum” view was obviously wrong, and I didn’t plan out very well what to do if one of them flipped town.
I said Derps would be next, and then after Derps “idk maybe Light” not because he was scumrange but because he was lowest on my townreads, which is a very bad reason to make someone “backup scum”. So I had to reformulate my towncore and think again. Call me indecisive and wishywashy but I don’t want to deathtunnel someone, have them flip town, and then suddenly have no actual scumreads left.
i find it extremely unlikely that there is 0 scum in PKR and derps
i am certain at least one is mafia, but really i think both of them are
yeah, I’m also certain that at least one of them is scum, just by spew. but I’m still skeptical if both are, not because I don’t believe in the existence of bussing, but because two totally unaware scum just seems like really poor team effort, and I think with PKR’s low motivation, he would’ve tried harder to towncore himself as scum since Derps has kind of been on his way out for a while now.
at any rate, remind me not to play a game over Christmas holidays again so I don’t have to deal with low motivation or lack of thread presence.

I don’t think there’s quite as much room for bussing as you think there is, mainly because I think he could’ve just flipped his read on Shurian yesterday yet again and it wouldn’t have made him look any scummier than he already did.
or maybe it’s really because I have more faith in PKR as a player than you do, Arctic, and I feel like he’d still try harder to survive if only one of his scummates died so far?

Giving up after one scum got voted out is kind of… lame? idk where I’m going with this but I’ll be disappointed if PKR does flip scum, let’s put it that way. And maybe disappointed if he flips town, but less so.

I made a mess on D1 although I did succeed in making myself an easy target to read the wagonomics off of.
