Okay then I would like to see what evidence (read not an argument) people have for their religious beliefs/lack there of
I am an atheist because I haven’t seen any “good” proof as to why I would believe one god over another. If anyone wishes to try to I am all ears (but be forewarned I will necessarily investigate it and see if it holds to scrutiny)

It’s like Epicurus’s quote that sums up the problem of evil: If a God is neither able nor willing why call it God?
Honestly I feel like our opinions differ due to somewhat of a culture clash persay, in the south religion is not avoidable, while where you live is more of a scientific approach to things. Just my thoughts kek
Religion is kinda strange topic nowadays.
Due the fact we’re in times when most people can get basic knowledge about it and question it if doesn’t seem believable enough.
I’m going to skip the fact humanity was basically murdering each other at Medieval times and other ages but then it become more like a political trick and rulers used Religion as reason to start a war.
Example? Here you go:
I spent most of my live around 25 years in the south XD I agree growing up around in it makes it popular. That isn’t evidence for right though.
