I mean crude, but you get the gist how to actualy start to read people now.
Now try to see if your full readlist changes anyhow depending on reads, not facts.
Remember to try to stay open minded and read each situation separatly.
Cause even if you lynched scum 5 times due to self voting, the 6th time can be town.
Other then that, trust yourself.
Basing any reads on reads of other people is wrong, your read list is meant to be yours.
There is no “I think they are town, cause people town read them”.
Hence when reading people you ignore what anyone else is saying about them and go only for own emotions. You shouldn’t care if you go against general thread.
Cause what if that thread is lead my scum right now?
What if you manage to get other people to notice something new?
That’s the point.
That’s also why I think general posting readlists in thread is -EV, cause scum knows how to fake them and town can be wrong… and what’s even worse if enough people post someone high on readlists, others will usualy just accept it and not question it.
So never look on any other read lists in a way which can influence your opinion. They might come from scum PoV after all.
Only good use they have is to learn the whole PoV of other person, but you can’t blind your PoV.
