gorta’s probably not going to come back
so for an Arete lynch I need both Appel and PKR on there
welp
also
I’m like 90 percent sure that Lemon is literally modconfirmed town-siding
:wowee:
Point is
you didn’t
Even when you had the chance of potentially saving yourself with what would’ve been a near-consensus scum, you chose to ignore it
That points to 1) you knowing Lemon to be scum and 2) you being fixated on making yourself look better by killing light
The other point is that Light didn’t do that to you, even though it would’ve saved him
and Im 99% confirmed that this is BS
logic & tradition tells us that modconfirms are a rare occassion
You see that from Zone’s vague response and not explicitly answering the question; they are careful in revealing information, they would not modconfirm like so
your argument is literally ‘you are a wolf because you chose to push a wolf over pushing a villager or a claimed neut’
yes
in a world where most town believe in a WvW situation what good would it do to CFD to a village member and not succeeding
The better way out would be to claim towncred for not dying the next day - after all, you would win even if you killed light yesterday given that you live today
And again, what do you have for Light protecting you?
im failing miserably regardless of anyone’s roles
argh
@PokemonKidRyan would you be open to a Lemon lynch instead of Arete?
probably he didn’t want to look like he was going against his previous townread on me? like, if he spends the whole game being like ‘Arete V,’ and then suddenly switches at the last minute to ‘Arete scum vote Arete’ for no reason, it would make him really obviously a wolf
why would that make him obvious wolf when there are 2 individuals claiming to be suspicious of Arete?
Lemon is the literally only person who cannot flip as mafia.
So no.
because he had spent literally the entire game calling me town, and he would have had no justification for changing his mind?? like … suddenly reversing your lock-town read on someone for no reason because you’re the top wagon is not really a thing that villagers do…
That is correct
However if we do kill them we for sure will have another day
After interacting with Appel, I felt they were town from how they were attempting to analyze and bounce ideas in the thread. Although it is more of a tonal read, it was enough for me to place them as town lean D4.
Later on near EOD4, I felt that Appel’s doubt and I hesitancy about who to vote was genuine and I also think that should a wolf be in the same position, they wouldn’t necessarily be able to (or really need to) pull off that kind if uncertainty. I realize that said uncertainty might be just a last-ditch attempt at saving a scumbuddy, however, the way it played out made me see Appel as more likely to be town than scum.
I haven’t been able to get similar solvy vibes from PKR as I did from Apple. Although I realize activity is mostly NAI, it just seems to me that PKR hasn’t been trying very hard to be solvy. The reads and reasons they gave out D5 felt lackluster and didn’t really convince me (although I might be speaking from a biased perspective). I also didn’t like the initial reaction they had towards my vote on them. It felt like PKR was panicked(?) and frustrated and despite the fact that it could very well be just because they were tired and sleep-deprived, I wouldn’t rule out the possibility that there was some scum panic in there.
Out of Appel/PKR, PKR is just the one that gave me the least reasons to town-read them. I think I did find like one of their posts towny but it was more ATE and couldn’t really be relied on.
I feel kinda bad for pushing you after reading this aaaaaaa
cloned
there is literally nothing I could have done yesterday that would not lead to you tunnelling me today, because you stopped trying to actually solve my alignment days ago
like, if I’d pushed on someone who’d flipped town, you’d be like ‘Arete is powerwolfing, they voted town’
since I instead pushed out a wolf, you’re being like ‘Arete is bussing!!! they voted scum!!! clearly they wanted towncred!!!’
and if I’d voted out Lemon and it had somehow worked then regardless of how they’d flipped you’d probably be like ‘Arete voted out the one person who couldn’t actually be Mafia! they must be a wolf!’
you aren’t trying to solve my alignment
you’re so convinced I’m a wolf you’re trying to come up with any facts that you can somehow fit into a narrative that supports what you’re saying
no, because your reads are cough questionable
hm
I feel like, specifically focusing on D5, I haven’t really been getting solvey vibes from Appel either (admittedly this is also true of PKR, it’s kind of frustrating that neither of the two people at the center of my PoE are really … doing anything today …)
I hear what you’re saying here, Appel has a few posts near EoD where I’m like ‘does a wolf really need to write this, or think to write this, if they’re bussing a partner,’ and Appel breaking the tie to kill Light is definitely a good look for her
but when I look at her EoD holistically there are some things that kind of ping me? like, if she’s a wolf she can’t push me, right, not without outing herself, so given that that’s the case the fact that she tried to push CFDs (e.g. to Derps) makes me kind of nervous
(but the problem, and why I’m scared of worlds where it’s not Appel, is that’s not completely inconsistent with just being a villager who thought Light was town)
I don’t think I’ll be moving my vote today since I don’t find Appel or gorta or even cheese sus enough to change it and EOD is just a funky time for me.
G’night y’all
If Appel is wolf, I think they can push you. Actually, half of what I think should be town has been pushing you. Maybe it’s from paranoia or maybe it’s something else but I think scum would be able to mislynch you and get away with it just because how much people scum-read you for questionable reasons.
Ok goodnight for real this time haha
