We had an action that roleblocks killing action that our target takes.

I elected (which Whysper tried to say Lemon instead of which I talked down) to do Blitz.

–while you’re pulling the reads, would you like to explain why Whysper wanted to RB Lemon, and why you chose Blitz instead?

I originally had Blitz as a TL. Mostly based on tone from some initial posts I read when first subbing into the game. I didn’t really look into them much after that point. Luk indicated he thought Blitz was possible scum, which I’m willing to consider. I put Blitz as null now.

I was thinking Lemon and Nika are the highest SRs for me. So I thought Lemon was the better option to kill RB.

I actually agree with this. min is part of my town core because they were afraid of being SR by association with possible scum!Tilg which makes no sense coming from scum. scum would have known Tilg was town and would therefore want any association they could get.

When I said Tilg, Wisp, min are possible scum team and was gunning for Tilg, they said “no way in hell I’m going to get SR because of Tilg defending me” or something to that effect. I’m pretty confident the post came from a townie.

and I think min is LHF (sorry babe) and that scum is pushing an agenda there on min suspicion because that Tilg interraction was pretty telling imo, unless I’ve been beautifully played and I think if that were the case, min would tried better to remind me of this point instead of relying on AFK nika to remember.

His reasoning was that Derps can fend for himself and we should pick between Lukundo and Aelin. We shared our reads and narrowed down our PoEs together, and the only thing that did not sit well in retrospect is that we didn’t protect Derps.

Guillotina has gotten a lot of attention but I seriously get Jester vibes there. The way she got all excited and self voted as the train built up while overtly refusing to give reads in a way that almost felt like she was taunting players who were asking for reasoning. I do not think we should lynch this slot and honestly, if it keeps up they could make for a good Vig target if we have one.

My issue is that her play does not make sense for either town or scum. Its just obstinate as fuck for no reason. With the amount of defending herself she has had to do she could have spent much less energy just… giving a reason. There is a part of me that feels like this would not be a play someone would make as scum for the attention its drawing and thats kinda underscored with the self vote. I could see an argument for LHF gambit to break RVS but I do not think she thinks that way as a player…

Overall If Jester is not a thing between the amount of pressure from all over and her nonsensical play’s I would be between feeling she is more likely town and being fucking afraid of her living until the late game if she is. I should probably read back through her while blotting ‘jester’ out of my mind before giving any real kind of answer though.

This is the type of read you provide on a partner who is receiving a lot of flak, in order to suggest you agree with the attention they’re garnering, but incentivize people to not vote there

Funnily enough, this was Guillo’s exact reasoning for their scummy behavior at SoD; ‘it was a reaction test lol’

Helz gave them an out - something they could use to excuse their actions - rather than pushing for the elim on this easy LHF.

1. To take us out of RVS
2. To generate reactions and pushes
3. To give my fellow townies content to read and analyze
4. To haunt for potential fake townreads.

The thing is that Helz gave the guy a strong townread for this behavior, and stated that it’s a town mindset to act intentionally scummy in RVS to get reactions
But my issue is that I see no indication that Guillo’s behavior changed at all. I don’t feel like anything he did after this point where he outted the RT is any different from things he did during it - except for the fact that he stopped selfvoting, I guess
It’s the easiest excuse in the book. ‘Oh I looked scummy because I was trying to!’
It felt like he was taking the opportunity to back out of the hole he was in by piggybacking off of Helz idea

I’m trying to back out of my mindset that this slot is veryveryvery likely to be a hit, and it almost feels unfair to push Whysper for things Guillo did, or things Wisp/Helz did with regards to Guillo, as she can’t easily defend them (same for how i’d feel like doodoo if people were reading me primarily off of Erika) but I really do find his behavior to be wolfy as hell, and while I want to take Luk’s read to heart I just haven’t seen anything notable from Whysper that pushes me in the other direction (in fact, what i’ve seen from Whysper has made me feel a bit worse )

Yes, I did defend Wiisp D3. But to clarify Helz since you and I think a couple others keep misstating my stance. I did not defend Helz. I did have them earlier as a TL, but then said I was starting to see some of the points people were making about them possibly being scum. True, I didn’t bother switching my vote and just kept it on Lemon. But Helz was going to be the execution that day anyway. I might as well keep my position on Lemon as my strongest SR.
