[Feedback] [SFM] Insurgency Setup Feedback (to help for Insurgency II, if it ever happens)

Hi all,

I’m seeking feedback for the Insurgency setup to use for Insurgency II if that ever happens.
Insurgency II, if it happens, will be based on Fire Emblem 7 and 6.


There are no skills in FE 7 or 6 so those would be gone.
However, in their place will be named weapons of each type, some of which will be more powerful than others in terms of hit chance and special abilities (For example, Iron Axe / Steel Axe / Killer Axe / Silver Axe / Devil Axe, or something). Maybe stat-boosters in the shop as well, and I might add new stat types, like skill, luck, and/or others too.

Many features will remain the same, just different flavour. It would still be a dual-gen game.

Maybe kills don’t grant money limit to like lynch and maybe ITAs

Maybe make all weapons public? So that you can actually utilize your weapon advantage / disadvantage without FPSing or guessing.

Frankly my main complaint was that the gold on lynched wagon kind of messes with VCA as everyone just piles on the largest wagon for it, so I’d remove that and just do something like the first voter on the wagon or whatnot.

This one’s a good improvement.

As a whole, I loved the game.
The flavour was absolutely on point and that’s always a plus for games.

I think the return ring maybe was a bit overpriced?
Since despite me performing like every factional kill (Bar the most recent one) I only had enough for it 1 time and couldn’t get anything else in that case.

I think perhaps people should be able to buy multiple items.
As I would’ve probably done bargain + return and it’s more viable then for future stuff in game.

The balance overall was actually quite nice.
However, the claimvig was very underpowered and served like 0 purpose lol.

I could’ve asked everyone what their weapons were, but without FPSing people would just be like “you mean you want to shoot me? no I’m not telling”

Flavor-based was okay i suppose

But not being able to use gen 1 flavor when in gen 2 was pretty lame
