Because Eevee claimed Doctor at the end of Day 3, It would be obvious Eevee wouldn’t heal MaximusPrime, so Maxwell chose to take out MaximusPrime over everyone.
Of course, Eevee wasn’t Doctor and MaximusPrime was, which Maxwell probably didn’t expect either.

Ultimately I find it more believable that a maf would wagon their teammate day 1 than not vote for datbird
