I felt terrible this morning and my work had me do a Rona test from a local clinic. I also said why I wasnāt here last night (I was playing games with a friend who was going out of town for a week or two)
I actually think if you look at Gortaās game from the last time he played, He acted just like this as town. But derpās is usually way less aggressive than this. Plus I find that even though he tunnels he doesnāt death tunnel like heās doing now. So I am a bit surprised that you think heās a townread. I think heās a null read at best
Its comes from the fact that almost every game Derps and I play from my memory he scumreads me or townreads me to death. Basically all he does is death tunnels. It doesnt feel out of character at all
I guess to me it just doesnāt feel natural, unlike most of derpsā plays as town. This felt more like he was going into the game with an agenda.
I think you should probably point out that I also scum-read derps because I townread Gorta
His doesnt feel as forced imo. I think urs feels a hell of a lot more. Knowing surge and how he posts he doesnt read thread when he comes in. He does it where he jumps to the bottom says something and then goes back to the top. U can see that from his first few posts. While u on the other hand did it and then did another and actively saw a live thread. Surge came into a dead thread. Hey Iāll cut u some slack and not read u by that for now, but I want to see more expansion in your reads

The thing with Derps is that he does this as either alignment. I can usually read him on tone/gut, but I have a similar mindset to Derps and have hydraād with Derps twice.
I think you have to agree that this opener feels a lot different to the one in this game, in this one he mostly starts of slow, and mostly sticks to sheep votes. While in our game he goes straight to the offense, and tries to push for a quickelim only a few hours after the day start.

Derps is the sort of player to push for a quickelim after a long time imo, not the sort of player who goes straight on the offensive like Surge for example
From the quotes ur showing me I disagree. He starts off with a vote in his second post. Something he mentioned wanting to do so very early in his posting. I think the aggressiveness is comparable or more tamed at first at least
