I mean I feel like this is kinda scummy tbh. Because if your town you shouldn’t want someone to waste their abilities and stuff on you.

I am of the opinion that all town PR’s should stay hidden and everyone should claim citizen. If someone will claim a town PR to get out of a lynch, you absolutely must CC that role to kill them. (We should not accept singular doctor claims that do not mention their type) No Mafia will want to do this, since they will invariably lose individually, if they are still able to get lynched that next day. We should use the selfish plays mafia has to make in this setup against them. This will only work and apply early in the game however.
In this way we will never lynch a town PR without going 1 for 1, which is beneficial early on.
I am saying all of this, because in this case I think the negative consequences of a citizen faking a PR, outweigh the benefits. We have 4 confirmed town this way, why not use them? Thoughts? Or am I being a VI?

They can’t, but they don’t need to on account of being immune to the thing they protect against.
Oww I missed that fact. That only makes the strategy I listed above even more appealing in my opinion.
