@KyoDaz I really, really do not want to have to out you to stop a mislynch, please show up and do something.

if his flag is to be believed it’s like 7 am and he’s likely busy or sleeping

GTH, who do you lynch and why. Me or Sog

GTH Sog feels more likely scum based on your snap hardclaim in response to his check, but you’re less likely to be disguised.

If the lynch were guaranteed to flip their actual class I’d lynch Sog.

(This is the short version, I’m typing up a longer version with quotes.)

Sorryyyyy I’m dumb I feel like I haven’t been playing this game for months
Meaning?

actually, everyone currently in thread this question applies to y’all.
I’m lynching Sog 100% as i know he’s fool or scorned. I’m leaning towards scorned as I don’t think a fool would set up an invest soft then claim a false redcheck. That indicates more scorned that fool to me

Gun To Head, basically it implies certainty or urgency to answer or question

GTH I’d choose Sog as well generally more scummy. You seem more genuine in your postings (however I want to iso you). Sogs play has gone way downhillz

fair, i’m just trying to generate discussion before i’m not in a statevto post

So this post, on it’s own, seems at least semi-genuine. It’s where we get into the rest of the posts that this is wrong. The only weird thing to me is why a Scorned (and I do think Scorned is more likely than Fool) would soft specifically Paladin D1, when it screws them if it’s Unseen game.

This reaction seems super pure to me, and it very much risked you outing basically the entire Cult if it turns out Sogman is a real paladin. I just don’t think Cult does that, not D2 with Prince alive and possible BD killers. There is the possibility of you being Fool trying to stop a correct lynch but I don’t think that’s what happened.

literally everyone who uses this phrase ever is lying about something This is a weird phrasing to use from a real paladin. It seems like the sort of thing you only actually use if you are a fake, trying to figure out if you can weasel out of it.

Like I was saying, I really don’t think scum would immediately hardclaim Princess with an S/S check here.

We then see various posts along these lines. These make sense for Fool more than Scorned, but it could be a Scorned trying to prove themself BD by pushing for a move that would guarantee a loss if they were actually Scorned.

But this is why I lean Scorned over Fool. Specifically pushing the Dat lynch (i.e. the lynch on a disguised target) over the Kai lynch, for no particular reason.

I was also very much townreading Kai D1, whereas Sogman was null-to-slight-townlean with the only evidence being the soft, and early softs are not in themselves a confirm.

I think flipping any of Kai/Dat/Sog (tomorrow, so we can go with the bounty plan to confirm flips) will pretty much break the game open.

Not going to lie, this is part of why I’m inclined to trust you-in-general here over Sog-in-general. It would be really easy to lazily townread me on the grounds that effort = town, or wallposts = town, or what have you, and Sog’s doing that and you aren’t, which makes me inclined to trust your reads as indicating a genuine attempt to solve rather than an attempt to look productive.
