Yes so having a converted real investigator would no longer be as valuable as it would be now. Right now you cannot fake investigations because they are unique and guaranteed (not to mention paladin can kill)

Yeah but an investigator is a pain for Cult if it exists, because it is usually trusted more than the accusedā€¦

And in terms of balance concerns, the easy fix is just have one cult point instead of two for those abilities so you can only choose one of the four.
