like if someone who has a 33% chance of winning as NK posts 800 posts(:wink:) their faction averages 800 posts per player

if town or scum had those numbers one would have a far more likely chance of winning no?

now if they post like 9 posts then the same is true in reverse

but like giving that much power to a person isnā€™t good

800 posts should give like a 30% chance of winning at best

You rolled a class that is a tool that Imperium 42 is using to speed up their game, not a member of the teams who are supposed to be duking it out.

I hate the idea that posts should correlate with winrate past not slanking

My point was based on averages. On one game, you might get a game where scum cannot win. In others, the Nk would have to be stupid to lose. But the average of all of this randomness should still be 33%

Then remove ā€œand any neutrals that seek to do you harmā€ from both major factionā€™s wincons, and end the game even if the NK would lose. The NK is their own faction. They are self-aligned. They are a 3rd team of 1.

You missed my point entirely. If any team was filled with piss-poor players, I expect them to lose. Their winrate should be low. My point was that the baseline should be 33%, but depending on you and your teamā€™s overall skill level compared to everyone else, this percent should change.

But itā€™s impossible to assume that ToL will change by enough to make anything close to 33/33/33 not awful to play

The only difference between a 5 player 1 mafia game and a 5 player 1 SK game is the naming of the killer.
