Hypothetically, if Mafia Academy hadn’t been a post restricted game, ambiguity about the no editing rule likely would have gotten me modkilled.

I’m really thankful of the time I had here with Priestess as a mod. She helped tremendously in better defining angleshooting on this site and reducing the possible ambuity based angleshooting cases.

Ambiguousness in rule definition is absolutely something we should be trying to eliminate whenever possible, and it is absolutely possible to eliminate in this case. That’s all I’m saying.

Thing is… sometimes you want a bit leeway as host. When you know it was just a newbie mistake, or such. Or when you know something technically wasn’t against the rules but it’s still blatant rulebreaking. You want to be able to go a bit lighter or a bit harsher.

I don’t like having that sort of leeway because that just sounds like needless ambiguousness in rule definiton which scares me.

In case of Angleshooting… there was not a clear forum consens, and it mattered pretty often.
But this rule isn’t really important…

I want to see and hear of experiences I’ll never be able to obtain.
Like, religion and other stuff. I don’t think it’s a problem if the person is consenting to be asked.
