I was hoping to greencheck Insanity by checking if they are occupy and redirect immune last night.
The fact they claimed to be occupy and redirect immune while bleeding seems village motivated.

The Demon

Neutral Killer
Cloak Of Mithras (Passive) - Immune to death at night, occupation and redirection. In addition you are immune to bleeding and will be informed upon being bled.
Sadism (Passive) - If you are alive in the final four players and the Unseen or Cult have not already mechanically won, everyone else present that has not already won instantly dies.
Brand of Sacrifice (Day) - Bleed target player. - 1 use
Haemophilia (Day) - Increases the power of Funeral Pyre tonight. - 3 uses, 1 day cooldown
Funeral Pyre (Night) - Set your target ablaze, killing them. If Haemophilia is used, the target is immune to visits from others except you, and anyone who attempts to visit them is also killed by the flames. In addition, Funeral Pyre will bypass death immunity on the initial target and not count as a visit. - Infinite uses
Your objective is to defeat the Blue Dragon, and the Unseen or Cult.

Why only one kill on their target though?

Neutral Killer
Insanity (Passive) - You are immune to death at night, occupation and redirection. You are immune to bleeding, and will be informed if attempted to be bled. If you are alive in the final four players and the Unseen or Cult have not already mechanically won, everyone else present that has not already won instantly dies.
Mindstorm (Passive) - Once per night you may guess a player’s class. If you are correct you will empower your attack Brain Destruction to bypass protections. This passive will be disabled if you guess incorrectly twice. Cannot Target the King, nor can target the same person after a successful guess.
Mind Read (Day) - Mimic one of the main night investigative abilities of a Blue Dragon Investigative class, targeting a player of your choice. After using one once, cannot use abilities from different classes. - 4 Uses
Brain Destruction (Night) - Kill a player. - Infinite Uses
Shape Knowledge (Night) - Use an ability belonging to a player you have killed with Brain Destruction on a player of your choice. You cannot use these abilities more than once, and certain abilities are denoted as not able to be used. For non-killing abilities, they may be done alongside Brain Destruction. - Infinite Uses

This might be who we’re up against.

Neutral Killer
Driven (Passive) - You are immune to occupation and redirection.
Blackened Shield (Passive) - You are immune to death at night. In addition you are immune to bleeding and will be informed upon being bled.
Mind Control (Day) - Cancel target player’s vote for the rest of the day. Additionally, your second target requires one less vote for execution this day. - 2 uses
Puppet Strings (Night) - Control a player and force them to kill someone. Can be forced to target themselves.
Possess (Night) - Kill the target player. Their class will appear as one of your choice, and they will have information in their logbook of your choosing (or no logbook if nothing is specified). You will know what class they truly were, and what their logbook said. - 3 uses
Your objective is to defeat the Blue Dragon, and the Unseen or Cult.

Neutral Killer
Consume Soul (Passive) - If you die at night with at least one soul, you will consume it and come back to life. (Does not work if executed by The Prince) You start with two souls. You will gain one soul on a successful reap. You are aware of the number of souls you hold.
Icy Touch (Day) - Choose to do a number of the following actions to target player. You will consume a soul for each action chosen. Occupy target player this day. Occupy target player this night. Cancel target player’s vote for the rest of the day. - Infinite uses
Reap (Night) - Reap the soul of a player, killing them bypassing healing and occupying them. - Infinite uses
Gather Darkness (Night) - Use Reap on target player. In addition, choose to do a number of the following modifications. You will consume a soul for each modification chosen. Bypass death immunity or you are occupy/redirection immune for this night. - Infinite uses
Your objective is to defeat the Blue Dragon, and the Unseen or Cult.

This is probably the least likely possibility as the Reaper needs to conserve souls early on.
Assuming the NK is occupy immune theory is correct.

These kills don’t really make any sense to begin with, and we still haven’t been able to make sense of them here. If we can’t figure this out, and soon, we’re probably wasting time on this topic.

Unless we have someone to exhume them, we can’t say for sure which killer killed which person.
Though the fact that 2 people died indicates an Unseen game.

Chaos is one the most questionable kills actually. It seems like it came someone TRing them.

Think about it. Confirmed townies are a threat to evils because they are slots the evils can’t hide in.
Confirm townies make the PoE easier to do and if my theory is correct, then the killer is deliberately going for confirmed town 1st.

I think everyone would have agreed Chaos is socially town.
So that doesn’t help narrow down who the killer is much.
