If fool wants to win he is going to side with scum as being hung and stopping executions is only beneficial for Scum. Technically Scorned could have his target converted and end up helping BD, but most of the time Scorned will also be aggressively pushing an anti-BD agenda.

Nonetheless if Devs aren’t planning some reworks/buffs for Evils in close future then the most reasonable choice is to add Anti-BD Neutral to the game.

We could try to combine the anti BD and anti King wincon into one like my Bastard suggestion.

4 shot Fullcop with royal blood and the goal to become king and have the blue dragon lose (in that order)

Most anti-BD neutral suggested will not have the ability to Kill. Plus, Scorned wasting a lynch on a BD, and then most of the time wasting a lynch on himself, massively helps Scum.

Forged Documents (Passive) - You may step up early to become the King, as if you had Royal Blood, and tied votes for the Kingship will always go in your favor; however, investigations that determine if you have Royal Blood will show that you do not have it.

Political Pressure (Day) - Force a player to accuse another player and prevent them from voting further. (2 uses)
Pull Rank (Day) - Your vote for execution and pardon will count twice. (2 uses)

Gossip (Night) - See the feedback of abilities used on target player. (2 uses)
Ordain (Night) - Take Royal Blood from them if they have it. Give Royal Blood to them if they don’t. Targets that are affected by this will only learn of the change at the start of the next King election. (2 uses)

Your objective is to become the King, or survive to see the Blue Dragon’s demise.
