3 of the town can autoclear by claiming
this means that even if the PRs do literally nothing, Mafia needs to get 3 mislynches in 4 mislynchable players

well in the guilt-vig scenario it’s different because the vig automatically kills a clear if they miss
also if one Mafia goes down and the RB is still alive then they get a greencheck every time a death happens
