Also, Teferi’s Tutelage is a better Psychic Corrosion in most cases because it loots. Mill might make a resurgence in the meta.
because self-mill is dominant what with all the graveyard stuff from Theros and Jace, Larping As A Lab Maniac are in standard

I think 4feri is definitely deceptively strong and everyones gonna hate him in about 2 months
and the effect stays static on the board
the card advantage seems insane for some blue decks even if it’s a bit niche
combine that with Wilderness Reclamation and your opponents will hate you for the one month Ravnica + War stays in Standard for, of course
and there’s actually literally nothing your opponents can do to stop you from getting large amounts of card advantage after Ageless Insight hits the board
it’s deceptively good even if it starts out as 4 mana do nothing
