I’ll be honest, PKR’s ability is not that very helpful on Marshal’s death other than confirming your visit on Marshal, Light.
I would frown upon Kyo that what he says about no neuts in the game but later says that it ‘may’ not exist, I would likely feel slightly happy as well.

If they are both townies then no there is someone else visiting Marshal, either the ability of pkr is legit or not, the latter is covering the murderer because there is no way he is doing on his own and got lucky guess you visited Marshal as well or the first he is using a negative utility first before using the big guns.
