In any case, there aren’t travellers, so if there were to be a slot 0 then the slots would only go up to 14, and being slot 0 in a 0-14 game and slot 15 in a 1-15 game are mechanically identical

If you’re talking “neighbor to slot 1”, then Arete is correct in that that position would be analogous to slot 15.
