Iām obligged to remind you that you are not forced to continue your testimony if it would prove you are guilty about other charges.
However if you do continue, this can be used as a proof in another trial.
Technically having multiple judges is illegal
So it must be either only one judge or a trial by jury
(To be fair defense does not give opening statements in 90% countries in the world.
Likeā¦ why would they. They are meant to defend against acusations which are not shown clearly yet, due to no witness visiting the court yet)
As per opening speach of the prosecution, the judge in the name of law of Polish Comonwealth decide to cancel the trial, as it does not meet the standards defined in Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure - part 3, articles 71-81, from year 1997.
Trials cannot be held against different people at once, unless they are presented with same acussations.
Trials cannot be held against underaged person without presence of theirs lawyer.
As such, this trial happening would be against the law, and verdict invalid.

Since this trial itself is against the law, shouldnāt the Prosecutional Attorney be fired and also charged with Malicious Prosecution?
That would be case of another trial, so judge in this trial has nothing to say about it.
Prosecutionās office might want to investigate into this, but me as a judge does not need nor can have any word in this.
Judge neutrality after all.
