weā€™re going to keep some things from virtuous that work on town to make them more powerful than they were in HoB3

since that is necessary for them to be able to compete with the syndicate

the virtuous town classes i feel are stronger than fol bd on average so thatā€™s good

most of the virtious HoB killers donā€™t actually kill

which made sense in virtious but here is probably something thatā€™d be changed

and i assume this isnā€™t new info to anybody but thats my first observation from skimming classcards

i feel like we should just use the Unseen classes we have in virtuous but rename them back to their hob selves

and buff a couple of them maybe

i think this works for the killers

i think for non-killers this might not work as well

maybe invests too?

First off, change all instances of Unseen wording to Hand of Byzantium.
Thatā€™s obvious but make sure to do it

Setup currently lacks a power town role?
Theoretically you could have it be the og arbiter and cut down on a lot of work just by pasting all HoB cards here

If you havenā€™t already done it, you probably need to make a full rework for Syndicate
Itā€™s kind of a mess

my current idea is to buff town, change syndicateā€™s omega actions, and keep syndicateā€™s abilities as they are
maybe with a couple tweaks
i did rework all of the syndicate classes already, they are in the gi thread posted by me, but they might be too weak then (?)
