If you look at his motivation this game, you can see a lack of motivation to actually solve the game, as demonstrated by the fact that he hasn’t been making reads, interacting with other players to try to solve their slots, etc. While there are certain players for whom not trying to actually solve the game would be NAI, meta evidence suggests that he’s not one of them, and that as town he normally would make an attempt at gamesolving. This shows that he has a lack of town motivation due to how he’s not actually trying to solve (as a player for whom it’s actually meaningful).
That’s less probable
“You see lack of town motivation demonstrated by the fact that he hasn’t been producing content”
That’s not how it works.
That’s content read again.
There is content quality
That’s also general lack of motivation, rather than lack of town/scum motivation to begin with.
Both town AND scum should play more at this point to clear themselfs.
And if something is neither town nor scum motivated than it’s NAI.
Content quality doesn’t matter.
Content in itself doesn’t matter at all.
Good scum can fabricate reads.
It’s the goal they have that differs from townies.
The hedginess of the reads he’s actually given show some amount of scum motivation because they show that he cares more about not calling attention to himself/being proven wrong (by actually taking a stance) than about solving the game.
I disagree it’s more likely for scum to not show either motivation and this is meta read
Okay, we got somewhere, now prove it to me.
Prove that he avoids taking hard stances due to not wanting to be scumread and not becouse of townie paranoia or just not having time and letting handle work for now.
Literaly bring up the quotes which seem more the first way than the second.
This attempts to emulate actual solving but is extremely surface level and indecisive
No Geyde, not you.
Altho actually @Geyde
All posts you quoted could just come from town who has no time, but tries to write something anwyay.
They don’t give any benefit threadwise nor postionwise for scum imo.
Could be
I’m under the impression that Shurian lacks intentionality as scum based off of Airship
They do develop the “Luxy”/you interaction into a push, so I wouldn’t discount it

If you look at their content, their reads are either very hedgy (‘Vulgard is either good scum or town’) or IIOA (‘Vul sure does look mad’). While obviously I’m not psychic, nothing they’ve been saying demonstrates paranoia per se, the tone here is very different from ‘paranoid town.’
…
I just asked for exactly opposite, lmao.
Sure, go ahead.
And, I mean, I want to repeat that the fundamental thing we need to do here is burn through the PoE as fast as possible. If the scum are all in the scummiest part of the PoE (I’m thinking Shuri/Magnus/Kyo) here, then great, that’s a victory; if there’s a deepwolf or deepish wolf hiding somewhere, then burning through the PoE as fast as possible gives us more chances to actually hit the deepwolf.
@eevee if there’s someone you think has a higher chance of flipping scum then great, let’s hear it, but trying to prevent us from getting through the PoE shows a lack of town motivation as stopping us from properly solving the PoE is basically the only way a potential deepwolf could win here, by pushing a no-lynch enough times that we don’t have time to lynch people on the edge of the PoE.
