if it’s a new one your using pre-flip which could be totally wrong. I’d suggest filing it as NAI then if he does flip scum you can use it laterv
I find the overuse of the statement itself of “rereading” scummy.
saying “i think ___ is ___, but idk and will reread.” is the ultimate hedge and cannot really be disputed as they promised to re-evaluate later(but by then, everyone has forgotton.)
And he uses it sooo much. once or twice is fine. But when you search up “re-read” 70% of the posts come from vulgard.
so i guess calling it a scumtell is wrong, but i do have it as another reason for scum!vul.

Thing is he doesn’t flip mafia in any world. I see him as someone who has their confidence totally shattered who will hedge as he does not want to repeat looming threat again.

I see him as scum who is using that an excuse for hedging and IIOA.
If he wasn’t as confident, he could always state that(and he did) and then give reads but not deathtunnel or harddefend. But there is more scum-AI shit here than just hedging
