Regardless, obviously Iām also talking about wild west, where self-ITAāing in PoE was seen as a good thing. (???) Your point about wasting scum killpower wouldnāt apply there.
So attack their reasoning, because you can explain what you did or put others as a higher priority in PoE, but donāt try to get killed to āsolve yourselfā and as townleaders donāt encourage that as the way out either. Itās not fun for anyone involved in my opinion.

regardless of whose end thatās on, the best idea is to step back and re-frame everything
You really have to be as accommodating as you can and invite people into your head, and if one method youāre trying is failing, come back in a bit with a different approach and try something different

But in general that was only a few specific people who got it wrong constantly 
I donāt believe that nobody will bother to consider. Certainly some players wonāt bother.
But not everyone has the same PoE and thinks the same, so work with what you can and still try to influence the thread you think it should go, because ultimately thatās whatās the game is about. Itās not, āmy slot is -EV atm, so I should just sub out/kill myself quickly as possibleā. I am just saddened that that is the game conclusion that is sometimes reached.

It might feel like noone is listening, because we are more ingrained to accept negative feedback for whatever reason, but fm does take some mental fortitude to overcome that. Youāre going to have to deal with being scumread, or even widely scumread when that is not the case.

I am pretty sure many TvT did this, and one of them resulted inā¦ whatever happened with Luxy and Leafia.
This is literally diverting attentionā¦ I am not saying town cannot use it, but I donāt particularly like this reaction if it comes from town.
From what I see, it is less to solve themselves and more because they are stressed out from being gaslighted.
Uhā¦ questionable. Leaders might think Level 2 or above, but simple-minded players like me simply want to get rid of ānuisancesā and people in the āgeneral consensus PoEā are usually considered as such.
Instead of re-evaluating people, getting rid of people in PoE -whether they are correct or not- is an easier task, so simple-minded players will do just that.
