hereā€™s the thing, when I was reading his dartboard I wanted to bet that he dartboarded a mafia goon along with him just for good measure, so theyā€™d be neither cleared nor lockscum, but I also feel like I should ignore the dartboard completely and look at my own readlist first.

my own readlist says Mapleā€™s floating around kind of close to the bottom, not for their jumpy wagon votes necessarily but for their behavior pretty much the entirety of D1 and the way they spent so much time pushing me. Marl only voted me at the beginning, didnā€™t say anything till EoD about it again, and then pushed me at EoD while Maple was doing their chaotic voting.

Based on that, thereā€™s a maybe/maybe not because there couldā€™ve been a bit of distancing and a bit of coordination so that it didnā€™t look like Maple was trying to vote with Marl. Maple even voted Marl and then moved their vote, as I recall (but I would have to double check the order of votes).

On the other hand, since Marl and Maple are both more experienced, they might already know it would be dumb to put a scummate on a dartboard. As I mentioned, I think Marl just picked people who are easy to scumread because 1. I had really scummy posts, 2. Arctic was being Arctic which more than a couple people scumread him for, and 3. Maple was jumping all over the place and fluffposting which is also an easy push.

So in taking Marlā€™s dartboard into account, Iā€™d almost say Mapleā€™s less likely to be scum because in most cases, people assume a wolfā€™s ā€œscumreadsā€ include at least one of their teammates, which is a fallacy.

That being said, Iā€™m going to ignore the dartboard.

Iā€™m literally choosing to completely ignore Marlā€™s dartboard because it only served the purpose of throwing town off. So thereā€™s no reason to look at it and read anything besides ā€œthese people are all easy pushes because they posted scummy contentā€.

I think the rest of you would also do best to ignore the dartboard and not try to PoE from it.
