I’m curious why you describe it this way. Today has actually been rather focused almost to the point of people worried that it is too focused and not moving enough in other directions.
I guess its that I just don’t have a solid enough grasp on the game state. Usually I can differentiate between null, scumlean, and townie but for some players I feel like I can’t decide on which alignment they are in.
If I am being honest I thought with Appel’s flip it would further solidify CRich as being mafia. However when they flipped, my confidence in my reads and my lead so far basically vanished

Perhaps share your own read list? You are actually someone people are hoping to see more from. Others have been giving opinions throughout. I don’t necessarily think we need big ISO posts because those can be difficult to read. But opinions along the way work nicely. If you like the big ISO posts, though, please feel free to do that.

In the end I feel strongly disconnected with the thread since CRich’s flip. It doesn’t help that I subbed mid-way through the game without reading the thread and been inactive for quite awhile
its why I said one SR at a time. Since we focusing on Appel first. Im going write an ISO later. when I have time that isnt break

While there may be an element of strategy to saying just one SR at a time, I don’t think there’s a way to avoid other SRs just surfacing while we discuss stuff. I mean, if you say one SR and that’s Appel, what are you saying we do with the rest of our time? Look at people but don’t give opinions on other SRs?

I’m fine with assuming there could be a convert left just to keep us careful as we move ahead.
The other 3 of your nulls I can somewhat understand because they are less active. But Cheese is really active, so I want to understand what’s holding you back from either town leaning or scum leaning him.
I initially thought of town-leaning Cheese, but after EoD and seeing him frantically try and switch the votes over to another player off a whim he got from one post it just felt wrong. I can see a world where town cheese would do it, but I see this strongly as something mafia would do to get one more kill under their belt and something mafia cheese can do as well.

Okay, that’s fair. I’ve had similar thoughts, though I’ve stuck with town leaning Cheese. Basically I think W!Cheese wouldn’t act that way because it draws too much attention. I’ve definitely seen V!Cheese act this way, though. And yeah, he could be very good at imitating his town meta and doing what’s kind of risky as a wolf in hopes that people still town read him. But I don’t know that I see him doing this.
I mean, yeah, it gets them another kill, but it also puts both him and Appel under suspicion. Seems like it would have been better to bus Appel.
