Why are you asking people for opinions on reads you havenāt given an opinion on? Is their a reason this read means something to you or did you just pick something random to ask about?
SDA has a post that contains more than like 2 quotes, so townlean for me.
I also donāt see scum Derps putting in wellā¦ any effort, so I like this post too. Itās somewhat similar to how they called out someone elseās meta read in JOAT^2 by actually going to that game and fact checking it.

This feels like a tonal dissonance. The first is very cocky/confident/emulating town meta, but there is no follow-up, no tunnel as they themselves say is part of their meta. Because itās very easy to claim to scumread someone because āthey havenāt done enough.ā Effort doesnāt necessarily equate villageriness/wolfiness by itself. Wolves like making easy reads because they are, well, easy. Easy to fake, too. Especially earlygame, when you are settling into the thread.
So you expect me to materialize something super complex exactly at that, the start of the gameā¦? A read also does not have to be complex to be right. Iāll need to re-case probably everyone, because I am getting really bogged down by this specifically.
I have more in my life to do now, so yes I am not going to do the same as my very best town game. Deal with it. Especially on day fucking 1, not in the weekend. My last two town games, I was also playing āsurfaceā level and I did just fine.

his read on my slot feels bad faith, Iām trying to avoid being biased here because itās my slot but as far as I can tell the entire basis of his push is 1-2 games of meta despite the fact that heās literally never even played with scum!Surge and that he explicitly called out an earlier meta-read on him for only referencing a single game. The post where he voted me also feels tonally off, like, it doesnāt feel like heās speaking to someone he genuinely believes is a wolf.
Iāve read through Surge scum in Wild West FM and my meta is less stark, considering my last scum game is like a year ago? I donāt even remember it. Surge has played way more consistently last few games and I was being tunneled by them for a good 250 posts or so in my last game, so itās quite easy to distinguish from the lack of fire they displayed here.
