we’d more or less shifted into actual non-RVS votes almost at the start of the thread and voting someone who isn’t in the thread for ‘interactions’ really doesn’t seem effective, since they can’t, you know, interact with you. The transition back into RVSing from not that is really out of touch with the thread and feels like scum who wants to contribute and so jumps in with an RVS vote to look productive.
